Meet Tiana D. Harrington
Tiana is a licensed cosmetologist with more than 32 years of industry experience and over 23 years in education and administration. She spent more than 10 years as a cosmetology instructor at Genesee Career Institute, served as a department head, and holds a master's degree.
She founded TDH Consulting Services to help aspiring beauty professionals, entrepreneurs and purpose-driven individuals move from feeling stuck to achieving success, with licensing preparation, business development, mentorship and strategic systems.
Her clients have gone on to pass their state licensing examinations, and the TDH trademark was confirmed in December 2025.
